Our company Optima Formula is continuously improving and further professionalizing, so that we can comply with all applicable regulations. Therefore, we have reviewed a number of components of our quality plan. For the next part of our HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) quality plan, we ask for your help. In connection with a possible, incidental recall in the future, we are obliged to inform our customers quickly. Therefore, we have decided to actively approach our current contacts and the people we have had contact with in the past for a data check.
In the past, we have had contact with you via e-mail or through one of our allied activities. We would like to ask you to indicate whether you wish to remain on the mailing list of Optima Formula or not. We use this mailing list for important announcements and very occasionally for a newsletter regarding new products and developments within our company.
